Back on track!

Today I got back on track - it was great to get an encouraging email from Lori, my Wellness Forum coach, and what looks to be a great recipe for a lentil dip. For breakfast I had a WF modified Juice Plus Complete smoothie, lunch was a challenge - today was the bimonthly meeting of a service club I belong to and I did not think to ask for a special meal in advance - I ate the Chicken Caesar salad that was served and turned away the dessert. For dinner I had sweet potatoes, cabbage, a salad. Ihroughout the day I had Juice Plus Thins. I also had several corn cakes (like rice cakes but much thinner and made of corn) with salsa. Now I can see what Lori means when she says many of her clients need something crunchy! I ran tonight 2.7 miles - so I am back in the saddle again! My biggest challenge today was not getting in enough water. Tomorrow I will line up 4 water bottles to make sure I drink enough. It feels really good to be getting back towards being on track!
